There is a small annual subscription but for that you are able to access template documentation (contract award letters, RFQs, ITTs), have an online chat with one of our category experts and communicate with other Club members.
The best thing of all (so our members tell us) is that you are able to upload all of your contract data so that you have a single repository holding all of your contract info. Toolbox then alerts you in advance of the contract needing to be renewed so that you have time to plan your new procurements. If you belong to a MAT, or cluster of schools, Toolbox provides you with a dashboard that enables you to access all schools’ contracts within the group as well as to chat with all registered users within the cluster to share ideas and best practice.
Alongside specific category advice, some of the Club’s regular suppliers write features and issue top tips and it’s quickly turning into the ‘go to’ place for schools procurement advice and support.

If you need help to populate your contracts into the Toolbox contracts register database, the Club provides a low cost support service including training for £450 plus VAT (based on a one-day visit to your school). The Club also provides an enhanced support service to include a contracts review and benchmarking report for £650 plus VAT (based on a one-day visit to your school)
