When our category expert was contacted by the head teacher of this school, we instantly recognised that the energy bills they'd been receiving were incredibly high and so we initiated our Cost Recovery Service.  We requested the school's energy bills from the last three years and identified £38,000 of unnecessary payments which we were able to recover within two months of us initiating the process.

Harlow Education Consortium (HEC) – Bill Validation leads to significant savings

The Harlow Education Consortium, which is made up of 39 schools, asked us to review their spend on energy.  The schools were each purchasing their energy through a National Framework Provider, yet their bills didn't appear to make any sense; they didn't know when to expect bills as they were irregular, they couldn't understand the rationale for the bill amounts and couldn't rationalise how much they were paying in any given month or year as there appeared to be no consistency.
