156 schools save £32,400 on payroll

Whilst working with a partnership of 40 schools, we identified that their payroll charges from the Local Authority were around 50% above market rate. They were paying in excess of £6 per payslip and at varying rates between schools. 

31 schools save £61,000 on supply insurance

We were asked by a group of 31 primary schools, who had purchased supply insurance from their Local Authority for many years, to establish whether their existing provision remained cost effective and provide like for like comparisons from a range of different providers. As a result, we were able to identify £61,000 of savings at an average of £2,000 per school and with one school making savings of more than £12,000.
